Prep FAQ's

Turn on ALL lights, including small lamps and microwave hoods.

Replace burnt out and/or mismatching color light bulbs (blue or yellow tones).

Turn OFF all TVs, computer screens, etc..

Remove all items on the kitchen countertops and islands.

Clear personal items from tables, mantles, dressers, desks, etc...

Remove toiletries, appliances, etc. from the bathroom counters, tubs and showers.

Clear floors of rugs and mats including doormats and bathroom mats.

Place pets in the gargae, kennel or off site during the appointment.

Turn off ceiling fans and any other floor type fans five minutes before the appointment time.

Move vehicles out of sight before the appointment.

Make sure the lawns and landsacaping are cleaned up.

Clear debris from the lawn including winding up the hose.

Remove yard signs, such as for sale and security signs.

Clean driveways, sidewalks and pathways.

Clean pool and remove toys.

Open hot tub covers and turn on the jets.

Arrange patio furnitue and if there is an umbrella, please open it.

Put away hoses, toys, cleaning supplies, recycle bins, trash cans,etc.
