So, I have been working on getting my Zillow certification as a real estate photographer. They checked my work and had me learn to create the Zillow 3d Home Tours. After completing five 3D Home Tours they were pleased with the results and awarded me their certification as a Zillow Certified Photographer. Their studies show that real estate listings with 3D Home Tours get up to twice as many views than listings without 3D Home Tours. In the long run I think it is well worth getting a Zillow 3D Home Tour down while having your property professionally photographed.
